2. Type of bag filter

In places where filter bags are often replaced, single bags and multi-bags can be applied. There is no need to change the location of the filter bag frequently, or the bag filter can be applied. The more filter bags, the larger the size of the bag filter, and the top cover is heavy, so it takes a few people to complete the work. If you add a rocker device to the filter, the reduction in labor costs is very effective.
3. Matters needing attention in operation of bag filter
When use of bag filter operation is very simple, in accordance with the requirements will filter bag with different levels of filter installed, will then check that the seal leakage, tightening the filter cylinder cover can work normally. After the device is started, the pressure gauge will rise slightly. After long use, when the pressure gauge reaches 0.4mpa, the filter bag should be replaced or cleaned. General filter bags can be used after cleaning. Note that the filter pressure is too high, causing damage to both the filter and the protective net.

袋式过滤器在使用时的操作很简单，按照要求将不同过滤等级的滤袋安装好，然后检查密封圈是否会漏液，旋紧滤筒盖就可以正常工作了。设备启动后，会观察到压力表微微上升。在长时间的使用后，当看到压力表达到0.4MPa时，应对滤袋进行更换或者清洗。一般过滤袋清洗后可重复继续使用。要注意的是过滤压力太高，对滤袋和保护网都会造成损坏。
