The outer dimensions of air filters are allowed as follows:
End face: grown up to 500mm, its deviation is 0, -2mm;
Depth: the depth dimension deviation is + 1.6mm, 0;
Diagonal: the difference between each end of the strainer, when the diagonal is larger than 700mm, its tolerance is less than or equal to 4.5 mm; When the diagonal is less than or equal to 700mm, its tolerance is less than or equal to 2.3 mm.
End and side should be vertical verticality: frame, the deviation shall not be greater than 3 °;
Plane degree: the plane of the filter end face and the side plate should not be greater than 1.6mm; The parallelism of the two end surfaces should be less than or equal to 1.6mm;
The deflection of the partition plate: the separation plate and the folding should be perpendicular to the top and bottom panel of the frame, and the deviation should be less than -3mm and + 3mm.
