Professional duties

Quality inspection IQC:
1.Fill in the feed inspection record;
2.according to the acceptance of materials classification identification or isolation;
3.qualified incoming material signed IQC PASS chapter;
4.material bad handling, tracking, send to all departments countersigned;
5.inspection equipment maintenance, storage, from school;
6.inventory of raw materials or external parts of the re examination;
7.idle material re examination;
8.scrap material confirmation and manufacturing process found unqualified raw material confirmation, material confirmation, calculate quality loss, supplier indemnity and fines number and report;
9.Unqualified evaluation;
10.the supplier provides unqualified product abnormal information feedback;
11.Fill in the incoming inspection daily report and report it
12.complete the temporary tasks assigned by superiors

IPQC:
1.Check production plan;
2.the first inspection confirmation record;
3.supervise the operator according to the program work, do a good job of self inspection;
4.abnormal quality of the response, tracking, confirmed;
5.Check the accuracy of tools used by operators;
6.Fill in the IPQC daily report and report it;
7.supervisor line 5S;
8.complete the temporary tasks assigned by superiors

OQC：
1.Check the inspection plan and see the production plan;
2.complete inspection and record according to inspection specification of parts;
3.Identify nonconforming products and isolate them;
4.complete the temporary tasks assigned by superiors

Job requirements
1.Education: secondary school 
2.age: 23-25 
3.years of work: more than 3 years
