job/Financial Manager
Professional duties
1.Formulate, participate in or assist the company in the implementation of relevant policies and systems;
2.responsible for the daily management of the Department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of department staff;
3.Guide and coordinate the work of financial audit, audit and accounting and supervise their implementation;
4.formulate, maintain and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies, and formulate annual and quarterly financial plans;
5.Provide financial reports and necessary financial analysis to management;
6.responsible for organizing the cost management of the company,
7.cost forecast, control, accounting, analysis and assessment, to ensure the completion of the company's profit targets.
Job requirements
1.Accounting, finance, economics, management and other related professional college degree or above, have CPA qualification is preferred;
2.five years or above financial management or three years or above work experience in the same management position;
3.familiar with the national financial policy, enterprise financial system and process, accounting computerization, proficient in relevant financial laws and regulations;
4.strong ability in cost management, risk control and financial analysis;
5.good organization, coordination and communication skills, and team work spirit, able to work under pressure.
