Professional duties
1.responsible for personnel file management;
2.responsible for statistical summary of all staff attendance report, and monthly positive, pay increase application report;
3.Assist the personnel manager to compile and improve the performance appraisal plan and implement the assessment plan;
4.fully responsible for the recruitment of all types of staff;
5.organize and cooperate with department manager to complete staff training;
6.Handle the daily affairs of the administrative work and the management of the subordinates;
7.have certain ability to deal with all kinds of disputes and contradictions among employees.
Job requirements
1.more than 2 years working experience, familiar with computer office software;
2.clear language, handle affairs orderly;
3.careful work, strong sense of responsibility.
